When he open the door in September 2000, chef Villegas invite his nephew Christian Villegas to be part of Wholly Frijoles team and convey the passion of the food, working with him for 6 years Christian decided to learn about other countries gastronomy working with chef Daniel Harms and Linda Ross, founders of rent a chef and the caterist. In December 2016, Carmen decided to take a break and sell the restaurant to his nephew and family, he knew that Christian had the ability to continue with the legacy of Wholly Frijoles that has been what it is today.
